Providing and Receiving Employee Feedback

Every one of us  have been receiving or providing feedback. Some time good and relevant, Some time bad and Irrelevant.

But Every time someone is providing feedback, that person really thought  that he/she is providing a valuable feedback.
Here are the few examples of reaction:
  1.    Listen to the feedback not even think if it is right or not, just do what is the outcome of the feedback
  2.     Listen to the feedback think deeply and apply the essence of feedback and fix yourself
  3.     Listen to the feedback, act as if you understood everything, and dont apply anything in your routing
  4.     Listen to the Feedback, and done give a damn about the feedback and criticize it to your peers.

I dont know how the managers feel about the outcomes. In a large organization, it takes a lot of effort by the manager to reach a conclusion on the candidate. The candidate behaves like a free lion in the Jungle and keeps doing what they do the worst.

How do we make them realize “ALL FEEDBACKS ARE GOOD”?
